Feminine Florals + Menswear Shorts

On a recent Sunday, I went to a movie near the Short North neighborhood of Columbus {which has recently been raved about by the New York Times! Read here} and wanted to wear something light and comfortable {mostly because of the heat!}  I went for loose-fitting, menswear-inspired shorts, and balanced it out with a floral, ruffled top.  Also, since my outfit was mostly gray, I opted to wear my bright red Rebecca Minkoff M.A.C. I love how a casual, Sunday outfit can make quite the statement!
